AI x Web3 Mini Hackathon 2025
🔥 Welcome to AI Fusion Lab's Annual Mini Hackathon 💻
This year we will be bring talents in both AI and Web3 field and have 24 hours of building together.
Sat Oct 25-Hacking begins
Meet at 9am at DNG Coffee, 2nd floor, we will have a brief brainstorming and team forming session and start hacking.
Sun Oct 26- Demo day
Meet at Webe cafe, 11-1pm. Each team can showcase your project.
Our focuses:
1) Creator Track
Make AI-native content or products. Examples: AI-generated videos, music, animation/MTV, 3D models, AI-powered games, or a small physical product (e.g., a card game).
2) Solvers Track
Build something that solves a real problem.
- AI: Use AI tools/models to create software, hardware, or a physical product.
- Web3: Use any chain/ecosystem. Your solution should have a clear reason to use Web3 (e.g., verifiable ownership, programmable incentives, DAO governance, DeFi, Social, Gaming...).
3) Community Track
Create software or physical solutions that help our community.

 | Free Drink Redeemer A tiny web app that lets our Sunday Meetup speaker redeem a free drink at Webe Cafe—no cash handling, no hassle.
Problem:
We’ve been asking our local host to pay in cash from the community fund for each speaker’s drink. It’s manual, inconvenient, and error-prone.
Solution:
Speakers get a unique link (with a one-time coupon code). They show it at Webe Cafe. The barista swipes to redeem. If the code is valid, the drink is free.
How it works:
1. Organizer sends the speaker a secure redemption link.
2. Speaker opens the link at the cafe and shows it to the barista.
3. Barista swipes the “Redeem” button.
4. The app validates the code, and confirms the free drink.

Hackathon organizers struggle with scattered submissions, judging chaos, and missing project details. Teams lose momentum hunting for the right platform to share their work.
Solution:
A simple website where anyone can create hackathons, submit projects with media, and browse inspiring submissions.
How it works:
Organizers create hackathons with custom description and deadlines
Participants submit projects with descriptions, screenshots, team details, and demo links
Everyone browses and discovers amazing projects in a clean interface
Admins can track participation effortlessly
